Select your dates and rental agencies and confirm, then the class of vehicle you have chosen and confirm and finally select the options and confirm.
Can I pay with Chèque-Vacances holiday vouchers?
In Corsica, Chèque-Vacances holiday vouchers are not accepted to pay for your car rental.
I would like to know if it is possible to rent a light commercial vehicle in Bastia and return it in Rennes.
All vehicles rented in Corsica must be returned in Corsica.
How do I go about using my 34 % discount with my card if I book online?
We are due to catch a flight at 8.00 a.m. in FIGARI but apparently the agency is closed. What should we do?
Vehicles may be returned even if the agency is closed. Drop the keys and the agreement through the letterbox which is provided for this purpose. Please inform the agent who will explain how to return the vehicle.
Please note that you are liable for the vehicle until the agency collects the keys.
I made a reservation last night. How do I go about changing the car model?
To modify your reservation please contact the reservation department at +33 04 95 30 05 16 or send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you indicate 2-4 passengers, does this include the driver?
It includes the driver.
What is the difference between the C class and the T class?
There is a difference in equipment as although the types of car are equivalent the T category has a built-in GPS in addition.
I have received the following message: “We are unable to process your payment. The commercial site has been informed that the transaction cannot be finalised.” What does this mean?
This message is sent if your session on the website has expired: for security reasons the bank does not process your payment request. The session expires if it has been inactive for 5 minutes.
I would like to cancel my reservation but am unable to do so from my customer account. What should I do?
You may cancel your online reservation by clicking on ‘Customer account’ or by sending an email using the contact form by clicking on Contact Us in the top right-hand corner.
I cannot find my reservation in my Customer account.
If you have made your reservation by telephone or on another HERTZ partner website, it will not appear in the hertzcorse.com customer account. To view your reservation, please visit the website used to pay for the payment.
How do I go about obtaining a bill?
If you have paid on the website: www.hertzcorse.com, you just need to send an email to email@example.com requesting a bill with your reservation number.
How do we go about renting a specific model of car?
When you rent a car, you book a class of vehicle and not a specific type of car. The term “or similar” means that the vehicle will not necessarily be of the same make or the same model as that indicated when you made the reservation but the vehicle will belong to the same class, in other words it will be of an equivalent size and have equivalent characteristics.
We cannot guarantee a specific model within a class of vehicles. It is moreover possible that characteristics such as the number of doors, car body or the dimensions of the boot vary. The vehicle will depend on the models available in the agency in the class that has been reserved. If we are unable to provide you with a vehicle from the class you have reserved, we will give you a vehicle from a higher class without any upgrading charges.
What should I do if I would like the vehicle to be delivered to my hotel?
We do not deliver vehicles to hotels.
What should I do if I would like to book a Jeep Wrangler during the month of August?

I would like to know if there are extra costs if I return the vehicle to another agency to the one I picked it up from.
If the pick-up agency is different to the return agency, an additional charge of €18 including taxes will be added to your rental price.
How do I go about renting a diesel car?
When you rent a car, you book a class of vehicle and not a specific model of car or engine. The term “or similar” means that the vehicle will not necessarily be of the same make, or engine or even the same model as that indicated when you made the reservation but the vehicle will belong to the same class, in other words it will be of an equivalent size and have equivalent characteristics.
We cannot guarantee a specific model or engine within a class of vehicles.
How do I go about changing the dates, time or class of my reservation?
To modify your reservation please contact the reservation department at +33 04 95 30 05 16 or send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Administration fees may be charged.
I have modified my reservation with the reservation department and have received an email confirmation but the reservation has not been modified on my Customer Account.
The modifications made are not displayed on your Customer Account. Only the initial reservation made can be seen in the Customer Account. If the modifications have been confirmed by the reservation department, you may assume that they have been correctly recorded.
I would like to pay for a third-party’s rental costs but I will not be present when the vehicle is collected.
The full name and contact details of the main driver must be identical to those of the person who made the reservation.
I would like to add 2 additional drivers. Am I restricted to one single additional driver?
You can only add this option once on the website: www.hertzcorse.com. However, you may add up to 4 additional drivers at the rental desk.
I have forgotten my password so I clicked on “Forgot password” but the email I have received is empty.
